Cancellation & Refund Policy


If you change your mind and do wish to proceed with the course, you must advise us to cancel your registration within 14 days of the date on our letter of email sent to you advising your registration number. Your request for cancellation should have ‘Cancellation of Registration and your ‘Registration Number’ on the subject line and giving the reason(s) for not wishing to proceed with the course. The course fee paid will be refunded in full after deducting an administration charge (plus any bank charges) for cancellation requests received within the 14 days period and you have not accessed any lessons and submitted any assignments or attempted the MCQs based examinations. Refunds will be applied to the original credit card or by the original form of payment.

If you have commenced your course or attempted the MCQs based examinations, no refunds will be given. We cannot accept responsibility for changes to work commitments or personal circumstances within this 14 days cancellation period.

In a situation where you wish to change to another course, and as a measure of goodwill, we will consider such requests. The request must be made in writing (not by telephone), within a period of 30 days following registration for special consideration and explaining why you to change to the other course.

Cancellation by IIBI

​We reserve the right to cancel or withdraw a course when absolutely necessary. In the event that we do so, the limit of our liability will be the return of fees paid by you or offer a transfer to another course, with payment or refund of any difference less any bank charges.
