Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation by the Student

If you decide not to proceed with the course, you must notify us in writing within 14 days of the date on the confirmation email containing your registration number.

Your cancellation request should include the subject line: “Cancellation of Registration – [Your Registration Number]”

Please provide a brief reason for the cancellation.

Refunds

You are eligible for a full refund, minus an administration fee and any applicable bank charges, provided that:

Your cancellation request is received within the 14-day period, and
You have not accessed any course lessons, submitted assignments, or attempted the MCQ-based examinations.

Refunds will be processed via the original method of payment (e.g., credit card, bank transfer).

No refunds will be issued if you have already started the course, accessed lessons, or attempted any assessments.

Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for changes in your personal or work circumstances during the 14-day cancellation window.

Course Transfers

If you wish to transfer to another course, we may consider such requests as a gesture of goodwill, provided that:

The request is made in writing (email only, no phone calls)
It is submitted within 30 days of your registration, and
You provide clear reasons for the requested change.

All requests for course changes are subject to review and approval.

Cancellation by IIBI

We reserve the right to cancel or withdraw a course where necessary. In such cases, you will be offered:

A full refund of the course fees paid (less any bank charges), or
A transfer to another course, with any difference in fees adjusted accordingly.

This refund or transfer will constitute the full extent of our liability.
